Welcome to IWPSD 2017

The XIX International Workshop on The Physics of Semiconductor Devices (IWPSD 2017) is being jointly organized by Solid State Physics Laboratory and Indian Institute of Technology Delhi in collaboration with Society for Semiconductor Devices and in association with Jamia Millia Islamia Delhi University, Semiconductor Society (INDIA) and Society for Information Display (SID).

The Series of biennial workshops, started in 1981, provides a global forum for interaction between scientists & technologies working in the area of Semiconductor materials and devices. The XVII Workshop, held in December 2015 at IISc Bengaluru was attanded by about 600 delegates.
